Business Process Improvement
RGM’s cyclical format of incorporating feedback from everyone involved in the current process is key to improving the material for the future.
A system is only working if it produces results. Having a system in place may not mean it’s working well. For example, something most businesses offer is employee training. Is yours efficient, effective, and evolving? RGM can review your process and ensure that it is. The key is a cyclical format of incorporating feedback from everyone involved in the process to assist in improving the material for the future.
RGM will analyze current offerings, collect current material, and get an understanding of the gaps and needs of the intended audience. We will develop and conduct surveys throughout the process via various communication channels, including direct email, internal social media, customer satisfaction, and evaluation of material.
We will document the learning objectives and structure then apply these to designing a blueprint for a training program. The design includes simple, easy-to-interpret steps and diagrams, tips and tools, and other helpful mechanisms to convey information to users. The design phase will be a set of assets and artifacts that define the structure of the program. Having these artifacts gives us the opportunity to fine-tune our design to meet the goals and objectives of the project.
RGM will create storyboards to capture the overall content to be included in the learning material. These modules will be used for a variety of purposes, so we will produce a blueprint for how the content can be applied to different formats (webinars, in-person classroom settings, step-by-step training guides). This is a cost-saving benefit because it reduces time in preparing multiple forms of related materials.
